After acquiring a degree in sociology at l’Ecole Supérieure de Lettres of Beirut, she pursued further studies at the European University Centre in Nancy (France). During the following 18 years, she ran the French cultural page of the French speaking Lebanese daily newspaper L’Orient -le Jour. In addition, she is a member of the Faculty of Human Sciences at Saint-Joseph University and a member of the Forum of Mediterranean Women representing Lebanon.
She is the published author of several works: La guerre des graffiti (Editions Dar An Nahar), Mémoire de survie (Editions L’Orient-le Jour) and La gardienne du clan, Geneviève Gemayel. She is also the author of several televised documentaries.
